Meet John Jessee — Founder & Senior IT Engineer
With over 30 years of hands-on IT experience, John co-founded CrystaLink in 1999 to bring enterprise-level IT expertise to businesses that needed it most. His background spans every layer of IT — from network design and server administration to cybersecurity, cloud migrations, and M&A due diligence.
Over the years, CrystaLink has grown to include additional technicians and staff, giving clients access to a team with broad and deep technical capabilities. John has designed and implemented networks and server environments for over 26 years, managed IT projects across industries ranging from healthcare to manufacturing, and guided businesses through complex technology transitions, including on-premises-to-cloud migrations, Office 365 deployments, and full systems overhauls.
